Brand New White iPhone 4 8GB ?

This is a brand new White iPhone 4 it is in the brown box because it is a replacement from apple the brown box is still sealed (as you can see from the picture) so i have not opened it up yet. It is on o2 and i dont know if it is unlocked and there is still warranty on it until 23rd November 300 is my lowest price
