Hi, what you are looking at is a phone in excellent condition and is sim free. It is unlocked to all network but dont know whether for 3. There are no scratches on the screen and the phone is in full working order. However, to be fair there are 2 things that are minor issues which are: -The battery has a little crack which is shown in the picture. However, this does not affect the battery life of the phone -The phones software needs to be updated which is why the android market doesnt work. I do not know how to do this but may be an easy job The phone comes in an original box with all its contents including a leather case which is in fair condition. The phone has been well looked after and the touch screen works perfectly fine.
